Theory: Floor mats are basically there to protect the carpet of a vehicle. It is much easier to replace a floor mat than to re-carpet the interior of a vehicle. Having the MR2 logo on the new mats also adds a nice touch to the interior.
Opinion: The floor mats that my car had in it from the previous owner were horrendous, so I was very pleased when these arrived. They look nice and clean and compliment the interior well.
